Our first wine without a safety net: no sulphur is added during the vinification process! We wanted to preserve and
express the pure aromas of the Tannat grape. This varietal native to the South west of France shows us its natural oeno- logical capabilities in this wine: freshness, alcohol and tannins. This is a free and yet civilised Tannat.
